Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced results driven Technical Lead to join our DDIT R&D IT team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and architectural direction for cloud-based HPC (High-Performance Computing) environments, combining deep hands-on expertise with the ability to guide cross-functional technical & project delivery teams. You will be responsible for end-to-end technical delivery across Linux-based HPC clusters, AWS cloud infrastructure, and GxP regulated environments. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical execution and strategic delivery, enabling both high-quality technical outcomes and business aligned solution design.
Who You Are:
-A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Exceptional problem-solving skills. -Relevant experience of 8+ years -A proven track record of building and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native systems using AWS services at an enterprise level. -Experience in Change and Release Management, along with incident and problem management. -Strong experience in managing cloud applications, stakeholder management. -A strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a capacity for rapid learning. -Fluency in English with excellent communication skills. -Eager to learn and collaborate in a multinational environment, working with cross-functional teams across the US, Europe (primarily Germany), and India.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, architects, and delivery teamsDefine and lead technical architecture for cloud-based AWS environments with good knowledge on setting up HPC Clusters.
