About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Handle and resolve client support tickets related to software applications and ERP systems.
- Provide remote technical support using tools such as Zoho Assist, AnyDesk, and other support platforms.
- Assist in software migration, implementation, and user onboarding activities.
- Support cloud-based applications and Google Workspace-related requests.
- Troubleshoot application, user access, and basic system-related issues.
- Maintain ticket updates and communicate resolution status to clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Assist with technical demonstrations and pre-sales support activities when required.
