About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the LeadSquared CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, system hygiene, and process compliance
- Create, update, and optimize workflows, automations, forms, reports, and dashboards within the CRM
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement effective CRM solutions
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency through CRM optimization
- Act as the first point of contact for internal technology-related hardware and software support requests
- Manage and resolve internal tickets while coordinating with stakeholders for timely issue resolution
- Document processes, solutions, and best practices for internal reference
- Analyze AI-generated call recordings, transcripts, and insights to monitor performance and identify improvement areas
- Evaluate chatbot performance, conversation flows, and user interactions to enhance engagement and resolution rates
- Work with vendors and internal teams to implement improvements in conversational AI tools
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and business insights using available tools
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends and support decision-making
- Assist management with ad-hoc data requests, reporting, and process reviews
