About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Provide basic technical support to operations teams by identifying, diagnosing, and documenting application or system-related issues.

1. Assist in validating bug fixes, system enhancements, and application changes to ensure they meet functional and business requirements.

1. Log, track, prioritize, and follow up on reported issues using standard ticketing and issue-management tools.

1. Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve data, verify records, and support troubleshooting activities.

1. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

1. Support root cause analysis by collecting logs, system data, screenshots, and reproduction steps for reported incidents.

1. Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to facilitate timely issue resolution.

1. Monitor day-to-day system performance and operational activities, proactively identifying and reporting anomalies, risks, or potential issues.

1. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, troubleshooting procedures, and system updates.

1. Assist in testing system changes and verifying production deployments to ensure smooth operations.

1. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending preventive measures.

1. Continuously learn and understand system workflows, business processes, tools, and technologies to improve support effectiveness and operational efficiency.
