Role Overview

The Techno‑Functional Lead will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving solution design, proof‑of‑concepts, and delivery of advanced data engineering and analytics solutions. This role requires strong expertise in cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI enablement, combined with domain knowledge and leadership skills to mentor teams and ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Design : Participate in architecture discussions, design scalable data solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.

Data Modelling: data model design Documentation Preparedness : Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for projects. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. POC Development : Drive proof‑of‑concepts to validate new technologies, frameworks, and approaches. Cloud Expertise : Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or Snowflake for data storage, processing, and analytics. Domain Knowledge : Apply understanding of domains such as sales, manufacturing, finance, or others to contextualize solutions. Data Pipeline Development : Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, applying business transformations to ensure data quality and usability. AI Enablement : Integrate AI agents, agentic AI, and generative AI capabilities into applications for enhanced insights. Team Leadership : Mentor engineers and analysts, ensuring deliverables are completed within stipulated timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications 10-12 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and solution delivery. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake). Proven track record in building data pipelines and applying business transformations. Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and their integration into enterprise applications. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders. Domain expertise in at least one industry vertical (sales, manufacturing, finance, etc.). Leadership experience in mentoring teams and driving project execution.
