The role also involves fostering trusted advisor relationships, ensuring that delivery outcomes align with evolving business objectives and industry best practices, while continuously enhancing the organization s reputation in the marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Conduct design workshops & gather requirements on Payroll
• Understand Business process, analyze & identify system limitations and requirement gaps
• Design the system to meet the business requirements on SuccessFactors Payroll (EC Payroll)
• Conduct Solution playbacks
• Thorough understanding of integration areas between different modules
• Lead & guide the team of 4 – 7 members
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support junior team members to build their capabilities and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology solutions with business goals and client expectations.
