Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices related to onboarding.
• Experience with system integration and data migration within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to analyze and optimize onboarding workflows for improved efficiency.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to track onboarding metrics.
