SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL queries and database operations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve infrastructure related issues efficiently.
System Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Experience in monitoring system performance, analyzing logs, and optimizing system resources.
Security Awareness: Knowledge of security best practices for both Windows and Linux systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and document processes.
What could set you apart:
Experience in the Microsoft suite will be an added advantage.
Database basic knowledge (SQL, Oracle)
Experience in shell scripting and PowerShell
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
2+ years of experience in Technical/Production Support role
