Essential Job Functions Oversees building and grounds maintenance, front-office reception, and office security.Operates and maintains custodial functions.Manage staff transportation for night-shift employees.Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.Handles general accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.Manages and reviews service contracts.Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility managementEnsure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properlySchedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipmentMaintain stock levels and parts within budgetEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations, and assist with energy managementOversee security of buildings and groundsMaintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team Qualifications/ Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education/experience.Experienced support staff with 5+ years of relevant experience.Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team above own interests; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; supports everyone's efforts to succeed.Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. The annual full time base salary range for this role is ₹1.00 - ₹1.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
