We're Hiring: Operations Team Lead / Assistant Manager Join a fast-growing organization and drive operational excellence, automation, and program management in the insurance domain. Location: Mumbai Role: Operations Team Lead / Assistant Manager Experience: 3+ Years Qualification: Graduate in any stream Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end program processing and ensure SLA adherence Lead policy renewals, program migrations, and system configurations Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual work Own reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity Collaborate with Operations, Tech, Product, and Finance teams Identify process gaps and implement structured improvements What We're Looking For: Experience in operations management, preferably in insurance Strong understanding of program management and policy lifecycle Hands-on experience with reconciliation and process improvement Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams with high ownership
