Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals and objectives

1. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for team success

1. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement

1. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives

1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

1. Act as a liaison between team members and management, advocating for team needs and concerns.
