Location:North Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and deliver engaging ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) sessions for middle and secondary school students.
• Foster creativity, innovation, and problem-solving through hands-on, project-based learning.
• Guide students in STEM-related activities, including robotics, electronics, coding, 3D printing, and prototyping.
• Encourage students to identify real-world challenges and develop innovative solutions using design thinking methodologies.
• Support students in project planning, execution, documentation, testing, and presentation.
• Promote collaboration, teamwork, communication, and entrepreneurial thinking among students.
• Maintain ATL equipment, tools, and resources, ensuring safe and effective usage.
• Assist the Lead Educator/Academic Head with administrative and academic responsibilities as required.
• Integrate educational technology and digital tools into classroom instruction.
• Participate actively in professional development programs and school initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline such as Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 24 years of teaching experience in a school environment.
• Experience with ICSE, ISC, IGCSE, CBSE, or similar curricula is preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and practical STEM exposure.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in educational technology and digital tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
