Teachers at Openhouse deliver engaging, high-quality classes for children while taking ownership of student progress, parent experience, and the overall learning environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Deliver engaging and high-quality classes using the Openhouse curriculum to support hands-on learning for children.
Prepare lesson materials and conduct structured sessions that actively involve every child.
Monitor student progress and maintain documentation related to development and performance.
Provide regular feedback and updates to parents and the management team through progress reports.
Interact with parents during feedback sessions, workshops, and learning events.
Collaborate with the management team to support student trials and admissions when required.
Prepare students for showcases, competitions, performances, and related events.
Participate in training programs, teacher community events, and team meetings to enhance teaching skills.

Time commitment of 20 hours per week across any 5 days.
Daily schedule of 4 hours per day.
Weekday class timings from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Weekend class timings from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Classes conducted across Bengaluru at learning centers or apartment complexes.
Teaching location assigned based on candidate preference.
Monthly compensation ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 depending on interview performance.
