Mandatory Documents to carry:

Key Responsibilities: Be focused on processing, verifying, and managing claims for reimbursements. Ensuring accurate payments by preparing files and ensuring timely payments. Maintain track of Payments made and Fallouts. Handling Fallouts diligently and taking them to logical closures. Handle various aspects of the claim lifecycle, from initial review to final payment including regular follow ups with multiple stakeholders Customer, Client, F&A, vendor portal. Adhering to company policies and regulations. Responding to employee queries with TAT. Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness. Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates. Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance. Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements. Diligently attend to escalation Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources Ensure SLAs & KPIs are consistently met. Main Skills:

- Experience in designing the processes with tech supports" Work Experience: 1-8 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.
