Key Responsibilities

1. Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates

1. Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

1. Conducting initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit

1. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements

1. Utilizing MS Office to track and manage candidate information and progress

1. Communicating effectively with candidates and providing a positive candidate experience

1. Demonstrating proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with candidates and team members

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,250 /month (only for freshers) After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,40,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 16,000 /year
