This Position reports to:

TA Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities:

This position is part of a strategic talent pool created to support future requirements across electrical design, project engineering, drives, automation, and commissioning for industrial projects.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Execute basic and detailed electrical engineering activities for industrial projects.

- Develop and review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), protection schemes, layouts, and calculations.

- Perform electrical sizing calculations including transformer, UPS, battery, DG, VFD, earthing, lighting, and cable sizing.

- Prepare and review equipment datasheets, specifications, layouts, and cable schedules.

- Review, commission, and troubleshoot LV/MV drive and automation systems.

- Support site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting in compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Collaborate with project management, procurement, vendors, customers, and global engineering teams.

Qualifications for the role:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering from a reputed university (should be full-time)

5–15 years of experience in:

- Electrical design and project engineering and/or

- Commissioning, drives, and automation

- Experience in industrial projects (process automation, energy, utilities).

- Exposure to ABB drives or equivalent OEM systems preferred.
