Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Source and recruit top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for our organization.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
