Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database.

1. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

1. Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
