About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, screen, and shortlist candidates in line with client requirements and recruitment methodologies.
- Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate functional expertise, behavioral competencies, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across assigned industries, functions, and leadership levels.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support end-to-end hiring processes, including offer management, joining follow-ups, and post-offer candidate engagement.

Other requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition across middle-management and leadership roles.
- Strong sourcing capability through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, and direct talent mapping approaches.
- Able to assess candidates beyond resumes by evaluating experience, competencies, communication style, motivation, and cultural alignment.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple assignments while working independently from a home office.
- Own laptop, phone, and WFH setup, with a willingness to participate in periodic meetings and client discussions when required.
