At LevelApp, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Trainer Success Intern to help us hire, onboard, and manage trainers from across the world. You'll work directly with candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, implement policies, resolve trainer concerns, and support payroll operations.
This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and learning how recruitment and people operations work in a fast-growing startup environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Source and identify qualified trainers across different subjects and skill areas.
Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
Support the onboarding process and help trainers get started smoothly.
Explain company policies and processes to newly onboarded trainers.
Resolve trainer queries and provide day-to-day operational support.
Assist with payroll verification and other personnel operations activities.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and documentation.
Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment and trainer engagement processes.

Stipend Structure
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 12,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 3,000 /month
