Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, future workforce requirements, and role priorities
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, networking, recruitment agencies, and internal databases
- Job Description Creation: Prepare clear and detailed job descriptions outlining responsibilities, qualifications, and role expectations
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an attractive employer through career pages, social media, and candidate engagement initiatives
- Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, communication abilities, and cultural fit
- Hiring Process Management: Track applicants, maintain recruitment systems, and manage candidates across different hiring stages
- Offer Management and Negotiation: Prepare offer letters, discuss compensation structures, and support offer closure
- Candidate Experience Management: Ensure candidates have a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring journey
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain recruitment records and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates for future hiring needs
- Recruitment Analytics: Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness
