Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and hunting: Actively source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Screening and evaluation: Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit
Client coordination: Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements and expectations
Interview management: Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview rounds and feedback loops
Negotiation and closure: Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding
Database management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS or internal tracking systems
Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor movements

Working Schedule: 6 days a week
