CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company working with leading product and solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, Razorpay, Swiggy, and others. The company is around 650+ people strong and focuses on product and data engineering use cases across Agentic AI, RPA, full-stack development, and various GenAI domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and hunting: Actively source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

1. Screening and evaluation: Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit

1. Client coordination: Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements and expectations

1. Interview management: Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview rounds and feedback loops

1. Negotiation and closure: Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding

1. Database management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS or internal tracking systems

1. Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor movements
