We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our talent acquisition team in Mumbai - a go-getter with 6 months of relevant talent acquisition experience. This internship has the potential to be converted into a full-time role, on successful completion of the same, on the basis of satisfactory performance. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Source and screen profiles, and conduct preliminary rounds of telephonic interviews.

1. Post jobs on various portals and manage the applications/database of candidates.

1. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders.

1. Update relevant databases with information on selected/joining candidates.

1. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and perform in a high-pressure environment.
