Key Responsibilities

1. Source top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

1. Screen and interview candidates to assess fitment.

1. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

1. Track hiring metrics using MS Excel and MS Office.

1. Support employer branding initiatives.

1. Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
