Digital Commerce Transformation | P&L Management | Consumer & Retail Strategy | Growth & Revenue Optimization | Pricing & Promotion Governance | Customer Journey Transformation | Marketplace & DTC Commerce | Cross-functional Leadership
Designed governance frameworks across pricing, promotions, marketing investment, and trading operations, improving profitability and commercial accountability.
