Roles and Responsibilities
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and its integration with Marketing Cloud Personalization for unified customer profiles and real-time activation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/MCP), including sitemap implementation, catalog setup, identity resolution, and campaign execution.
Design, develop, and deliver real-time personalization use cases across web and mobile channels using MCP, including dynamic content, product recommendations, and behavioral targeting.
Configure and manage sitemaps, templates, campaigns, and targeting rules to deliver 1:1 personalized experiences at scale.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, campaign logic, and personalization rules while ensuring scalability and performance.
Implement and manage data integrations between MCP, Data Cloud, CRM systems, and external platforms using APIs.
Ensure data quality, identity stitching, and user profile accuracy by managing attributes, events, and data ingestion pipelines.

Lead the technical delivery of custom MCP implementations, including server-side decisioning, triggered campaigns, and AI-driven recommendations.
Develop and maintain custom templates and web experiences using JavaScript, HTML, and APIs within MCP.
Work with SDKs, APIs, and web/mobile app tracking, including debugging event flows and ensuring accurate data capture.
Strong knowledge of JSON structures, APIs, and front-end scripting (JavaScript), with working knowledge of SQL for Data Cloud integrations.
Understand personalization design patterns, scalability considerations, and best practices for handling high-volume real-time interactions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent management, and governance standards in real-time personalization.
Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics to continuously optimize personalization strategies.
Provide recommendations on solution architecture, performance optimization, and best practices for MCP and Data Cloud implementations.
Demonstrated ability to design and optimize customer journeys and real-time engagement strategies using behavioral insights.
Essential Skills and experience
0-2 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/MCP) with strong focus on real-time personalization and decisioning.
Hands-on expertise in sitemap implementation, event tracking, campaign setup, and user identity resolution.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, JSON, and front-end technologies for building personalized digital experiences.
Experience in integrating MCP with Data Cloud, CRM, and external systems, along with understanding of data modeling and identity stitching.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate business requirements into scalable personalization solutions.
Key Skill Required
Experience in designing and executing real-time personalization campaigns and digital marketing strategies using MCP or similar platforms.
Familiarity with content management systems, digital asset management, and dynamic content delivery within personalization use cases.
Understanding of mobile, web, and social channel personalization strategies, including cross-channel user engagement.
Knowledge of customer data models, behavioral data, and audience segmentation for driving targeted experiences.
Experience working with marketing and brand teams to align personalization strategies with business goals and campaign objectives.
