Your work profile
As a Manager in our Customer Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Key skills required:

Business Analysis
Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and future state processes.
Document Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments for new banking initiatives.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Design and review process flows, data flows, and banking operational workflows.
Support system configuration, parameterization, and business rule definition.
Own and manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment.
