Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Windows/Linux administration activities
- Coordinate with telco operators and the datacenter helpdesk team to get issues resolved
- Revert to inquiries and deal effectively with a broad range of issues
- Obtain data to assist in the investigation and resolution of problems
- Work on VPS creation
- Work on managing the client's VMS and installing and configuring as required
- Work on answering client support calls
- Work on calling up clients and resolving their issues when a ticket comes in.
