We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Identify and analyze specific and well-documented requirements for business needs related to processes, organizations systems, applications etc including the ability to understand and map the requirements to the given business problems. It involves defining the scope of the project, the timescales and resources needed to complete it. What are we looking for? As a Supply Chain Functional Architect, you will lead the design and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes for global clients. The role involves conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and creating functional solution designs across demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. The architect will be translating business needs into scalable, technology enabled solutions using platforms like SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder and o9. Responsibilities include developing target operating models, preparing solution blueprints and guiding delivery teams through configuration, testing, and deployment. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, along with deep supply chain domain expertise.
