This highly collaborative role bridges technical survey development, rigorous quality assurance, and direct stakeholder communication. Primary Role Responsibilities:
Turn questionnaires into online/F2F surveys; develop/debug scripts using SurveyToGo (Dooblo) and Decipher.
Implement quotas, redirects, and F2F script QC links in STG; launch studies live; manage vendor translations and localization.
Handle ongoing updates, link changes, data exports, record rejections, data edits, and final closure.
Perform exhaustive quality assurance and Link Quality Checks for error-free, logical, and client-aligned surveys.
Review data for outliers, skip logic issues, or inconsistencies; execute cleansing and merging.
