AWS Financial Technology Team is looking for a results-oriented, customer obsessed support engineer, who can help us creating a positive experience for our customers across Amazon. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, relishes working with highly scalable micro services architecture, and enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving within highly complex business contexts that are typically being defined in real-time.
You will learn all about how to design, implement, test and support highly scalable solutions using the AWS cloud platform and its many products, working with best in class professionals.
Key job responsibilities · Provide support of incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and services · Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily Java/React · Software deployment support in staging and production environments · Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance · System and Support status reporting · Collaborate with Ops/Tech teams for issue resolution
