Job Title: IAM Support Engineer
Position OverviewWe are seeking an investigative and technically proficient IAM Support Engineer with 2+ years of dedicated hands-on experience troubleshooting identity frameworks and device management systems. In this role, you will be the core technical driver handling complex escalations surrounding User Lifecycle Management, Single Sign-On (SSO) federations, secure network access, and endpoint compliance.The ideal candidate does not just close ticketsthey dig deep into system logs and reports to identify the underlying root cause of complex technical failures, utilizing automation (PowerShell/Bash) to prevent repetitive issues . - esAdvanced Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Take ownership of tier-2 escalations from ticketing platforms. Analyze complex system reports, event logs, and authentication payloads to locate the exact root cause of intermittent access or device failure
- s.Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage end-to-end User Lifecycle Management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver pipelines). Administer day-to-day operations across Active Directory (AD) and cloud identity directorie
- s.Access Control Enforcement: Configure and maintain strict Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models and Role-Based Access Control frameworks. Maintain secure administrative boundaries using Privileged Access Management (PAM) guideline
- s.SSO & Conditional Access Remediation: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting failed SSO logins (SAML, OIDC), broken app federations, and misconfigured Conditional Access Policies blocking legitimate user traffi
