Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production services and respond promptly to alerts, incidents, and outages to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
- Monitor trading systems, applications, and infrastructure to maintain operational stability.
- Triage issues across trading support services, databases, and infrastructure, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Serve as the first line of support for trading operations and critical production systems.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and implement automation to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
- Enhance observability by improving monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Develop, maintain, and update operational runbooks, standard operating procedures, and incident response documentation.
- Track and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service reliability.
- Collaborate closely with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues, manage deployments, and improve operational workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to databases, services, and trading support systems.
- Contribute to the long-term stability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems.
