The RoleWere looking for a Support & Diagnosis Engineer to be the brain of our post-sales support. Youll be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for diagnosing issues, guiding users, scheduling services, and ensuring their Nosh robo-chef runs flawlessly.This is not just a support role, youll own issues end-to-end, build trust with customers, and feed insights directly into our product roadmap, shaping the future of Nosh. Proper training will be provided. What Youll Do
- Be the primary technical contact for customers -NIGHT SHIFT.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and software.
- Coordinate and schedule service visits where needed.
- Take full ownership of support cases from report to closure.
- Capture recurring problems and influence product/engineering improvements.
- Document solutions and contribute to customer-friendly guides.RequirementsMust-Have
- B.Tech degree (mandatory) in Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Automation, or related fields.
- Problem-solving skills and high ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication in English (Hindi/regional languages a plus).
- Flexibility to work in 8-hour shifts.
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to consumer electronics, robotics, IoT, or automation systems.
