Multi-category procurement: Source a wide range of goods and services based on daily sales team requirements.
Component R&D & benchmarking: Evaluate emerging IT hardware technologies and alternative components to optimize desktop configurations, improve product lifecycles, and ensure all assembled parts meet strict quality and performance standards.
Commercia1. l Negotiation: Confidently negotiate bulk pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines across all categories to maximize company profit margins.
B. Sales coordination & inventory management:
Daily demand gathering: Coordinate closely with the sales team to gather day-to-day procurement requirements and translate them into immediate sourcing actions.
Assembly line supply chain: Monitor our production line capacity against pending GeM orders to ensure manufacturing components are always in stock.
Quality coordination: Partner with our internal technical and quality teams to ensure sample components and goods meet required standards before placing bulk orders.
Inventory control & management: Implement robust inventory tracking and control measures; maintain precise, real-time records of all finished products, spare parts, raw assembly components, and returned goods to optimize stock levels.
Inventory optimization: Implement inventory control measures (such as ABC analysis or just-in-time tracking) to minimize holding costs for desktop components while preventing stockouts that delay the assembly line.

End-to-end order execution: Oversee complete procurement documentation, including generating purchase orders (POs), verifying vendor invoices, and monitoring payment and credit cycles.
Inbound & outbound logistics: Partner with transport agencies, freight forwarders, and couriers, and an in-house team to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials and diverse goods at our warehouse, as well as the secure dispatch of finished orders to clients.
Returns & vendor claims: Efficiently manage reverse logistics, documentation, and replacement processing for any defective, incorrect, or damaged goods in coordination with vendors.

Total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis: Conduct detailed cost breakdown analyses of raw materials vs. finished products to identify cost-saving opportunities and protect manufacturing margins.

Education: Any graduate degree (BCom, BBA, BSc, or a technical diploma/degree is a plus).
Traits: Highly organized, process-driven, a natural problem-solver, and capable of juggling multiple product categories simultaneously under tight delivery timelines.
