At Ericsson, we are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Planner to drive short- and long-term demand/Forecast and supply planning. The role focuses on optimizing supply plans, supporting strategic and tactical decisions, and ensuring delivery precision, cost efficiency, .You will manage S&OE execution, address supply gaps within a 0–3-month horizon, collaborate closely with CU and inbound supply teams, and ensure predictable deliveries through lead time management, customer order commitments, and supply escalations.
What you will do:
Own end-to-end outbound supply planning processes for assigned customers, ensuring alignment with demand, order request and supply commitment, and logistics plans.
Monitor daily and weekly outbound supply performance, including delivery accuracy, lead time adherence, backlogs, and order fulfillment status.
Perform deep-dive analysis on deviations and chronic issues; identify root causes across demand, supply, logistics, and data quality.
Lead and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. CU ASR, Inbound Supply, demand planning, logistics, customer service, etc.).
Proactively identify risks and opportunities in outbound supply and propose mitigation plans or optimization actions.
Support S&OE / supply review meetings with structured analysis, scenarios, and recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. process automation, parameter optimization, reporting enhancements) based on data-driven insights.
Contribute to transformation and digitalization initiatives related to planning tools, reporting, and analytics.

Act as a subject matter expert for outbound planning KPIs, definitions, and measurement methodologies.
Act as leading role in supply execution phase to drive the plan and the execution of plan
Be able to actively engage, proactively communicate and influence the project/program stakeholder on the project plan vs supply plan vs supply execution.
Holistic view and in-depth understanding of the project picture and supply picture , with clear way to visualize
The skills you bring:
Qualifications and Experience:-
Bachelor’s degree. ( Supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.)
Minumum5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations planning in a global environment.
Hands-on experience with ERP, planning, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, IBP, SAP ,Power Bi)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Experience working across international teams; telecom or high-tech manufacturing experience is a plus.
Key Skills and Competencies:-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly outbound planning, order fulfilment, and distribution.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills, including dashboard management.
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
High ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and operational excellence.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
