Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services Fulfill in supply chain planning refers to the process of completing customer orders by ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered efficiently. It involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations. The goal is to ensure that orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled. Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management. What are we looking for? Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment buying, or supply chain management.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, inventory management systems, and reporting tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Supplier Management: Experience working directly with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and manage relationships.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel) and advanced Excel skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Quick to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
