Track 1: Transport operations and data analytics 1. Assist in developing and populating a new transport Management System (TMS) from scratch. 2. Track 84+ vehicles and map routes, including KM analysis, fuel costs, tolls, and ad-blue usage. 3. Manage driver settlements, tracking advances for round trips, and calculating final balances. Track 2: Fleet maintenance & engineering 1. Oversee vehicle maintenance at the Ranjangaon unit to ensure zero downtime for the 34ft Highcube fleet. 2. Implement a streamlined process for spare parts inventory and vehicle service purchases. 3. Coordinate with the workshop team to manage vehicle readiness and driver allocation. Track 3: Marketing & business development 1. Coordinate with key clients like Haier and LG Pan India. 2. Manage FTL (full truck load) bookings for Pan-India routes and actively source return loads. 3. Assist in market research to expand the client base for the own-fleet business.
