About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

A. Logistics, dispatch & warehouse handling

1. Coordinate with courier companies, logistics providers, and transporters for the dispatch of goods

1. Plan and ensure the timely dispatch of orders for domestic customers and distributors

1. Coordinate with factory and transport companies for bulk dispatch and replenishment

1. Handle the movement of goods between the warehouse and the office

1. Assist in stock handling, loading/unloading coordination, and inventory movement tracking

B. Sales support & on ground marketing

1. Visit pet shops, grocery stores, medical stores, distributors, and other retail outlets

1. Support on ground marketing and brand presence activities

1. Make marketing and sales calls to pet product distributors across India

1. Assist in booking orders and supporting distributor relationships

1. Gather market feedback on products, pricing, and competition

C. Billing, invoicing & payment coordination

1. Assist in invoice preparation for orders and dispatches

1. Coordinate with internal teams for billing accuracy

1. Follow up and coordinate receipt of payments from customers and distributors

1. Maintain basic sales, dispatch, and payment tracking records
