Supply Chain Coordinator - Level III

The Supply Chain Coordinator - Level III is responsible for developing and maintaining effective supply and inventory plans that align with customer demand while driving stability across the supply chain. Working with minimal supervision, this role uses statistical analysis, planning systems, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory levels, improve material flow, and support operational and customer service objectives. The position ensures planning accuracy, proactively manages supply and demand risks, and continuously improves supply chain performance through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute supply, demand, and inventory plans to support customer requirements and business objectives.
- Perform detailed supply and demand analysis, identifying potential risks, capacity constraints, and inventory imbalances across short- and long-term planning horizons.
- Monitor demand and inventory signals, investigate exceptions, and implement approved planning parameter adjustments to optimize supply chain performance.
- Analyze and validate planning parameters such as reorder points, safety stock, inventory targets, and other system settings in support of Plan for Every Part (PFEP).
- Execute forecasting adjustments and ensure alignment between detailed demand plans and aggregate business forecasts.
- Drive inventory optimization initiatives using analytical methods to balance customer service, inventory investment, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize materials planning systems and planning tools, including Kinaxis, to manage material requirements, inventory, and supply planning activities.
- Coordinate material planning activities with suppliers, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply.
