The Supply Chain Coordinator – Level II supports end-to-end supply chain planning activities by utilizing statistical analysis, planning systems, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory levels and align supply plans with demand plans. This role is responsible for monitoring supply chain performance, improving inventory accuracy, supporting supplier performance, and driving supply chain stability while ensuring customer requirements and business objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management
Perform supply and demand analysis to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities across a 12-month planning horizon.
Support the development and execution of disaggregated demand, supply, and inventory plans aligned with customer and business requirements.
Monitor abnormal demand patterns, inventory fluctuations, and supply schedule signals, taking corrective action where required.
Maintain and optimize planning parameters including min/max inventory levels, reorder points, tracking signals, and segmentation settings.
Execute planning simulations and analyze impacts to key performance indicators (KPIs), providing detailed reports and recommendations.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce excess and obsolete inventory while maintaining service levels.
Improve customer fill rates and reduce backorders through effective planning and coordination.
Supplier & Materials Management
Support material planning and procurement activities for local suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance metrics including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and past dues, and work collaboratively with suppliers to drive improvements.
