Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with vendors for order updates, dispatch schedules, and timely deliveries.

1. Follow up with vendors, transporters, and delivery partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

1. Plan and manage logistics activities, including pickups, transportation, and deliveries.

1. Arrange and coordinate porter/manpower requirements for loading and unloading activities.

1. Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal teams.

1. Maintain delivery records, invoices, PODs, and logistics-related documentation.

1. Resolve delivery, transportation, and vendor-related issues in a timely manner.

1. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution and delivery completion.

1. Prepare daily and weekly logistics and vendor performance reports.

1. Ensure end-to-end deliveries are completed within committed timelines.
