1. Working on developing student expertise and confidence in inorganic chemistry.

1. Simplifying intricate inorganic chemistry concepts into easily digestible components.

1. Analyzing and understanding the root cause of the doubts to enable students to improve rather than just solve the doubts.

1. Working on being a mentor to every student and teaching concepts in a friendly way.

Other requirements

1. Candidate with an MSc in chemistry, PhD, or relevant teaching experience in chemistry or JEE Advanced/Mains, NEET.

1. GAT-qualified under 5K ranking or 98th percentile.

1. Student of 2nd or 3rd year of IIT/NIT/MIT/VIT/BITs with 80% scores.
