Subject Matter Expert (Grade 9 To12) - Hindi

About the internship

We are seeking a Hindi subject-matter expert (SME) to review, validate, and improve academic content for grades 9-12. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Hindi, excellent language proficiency, and the ability to assess content from both student and educator perspectives. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, clarity, curriculum alignment, and pedagogical effectiveness of educational materials. The final stipend offered will be based on the candidate's relevant experience.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Review and verify Hindi educational language and literature content for conceptual accuracy, linguistic correctness, and subject relevance.

1. Ensure specialized Hindi content closely aligns with major board curriculum requirements and secondary grade learning objectives.

1. Evaluate explanations, literary analyses, grammar (Vyakaran) exercises, prose, poetry, and assessments for linguistic correctness and clarity.

1. Identify and rectify factual, conceptual, grammatical (Vyakaran Ashuddhiyan), spelling (Vartani), and formatting errors.

1. Assess instructional content from both learner and educator perspectives to ensure effective language acquisition and appreciation of literature.

1. Provide detailed feedback and structural recommendations to improve content quality, vocabulary development, and student engagement with the language.

1. Collaborate with content developers, instructional designers, and academic teams to maintain high-quality educational standards.

1. Ensure consistency in linguistic terminology, difficulty level, and pedagogical approach across all assigned Hindi materials.
