About the job

We are growing our institutional outreach division and looking for dedicated, empathetic professionals to join us full-time. Your primary role will be to map out higher education goals for 12th-standard pass-outs.Your primary role will be to identify, guide, and assist 12th-standard pass-outs and final-year graduation students who wish to pursue higher education but are facing financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Actively connect with prospective students to map out their higher education goals and identify their academic and financial bottlenecks.

1. Educate students and parents on flexible, affordable online and distance learning programs that fit tight budgets.

1. Guide eligible candidates through institutional scholarship criteria, government educational aid, and flexible EMI payment options to prevent drop-outs.

1. Manage the end-to-end documentation, verification, and institutional enrollment pipeline for candidates.

1. Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, serving as their primary mentor and support contact throughout the admission cycle.

Skill(s) Required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability

Basic data management (Google Sheets / MS Excel)
