About the job

We are expanding our Student Welfare division and looking for passionate, career-minded professionals to join us full-time. Your core mission will be to identify, counsel, and rescue the academic careers of 12th-pass and final-year graduation students who want to study further but are forced to drop out due to severe financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct direct outreach to identify students and young adults who have paused their education due to financial hardships.

1. Evaluate each student's academic background and counsel them on incredibly affordable, flexible online or distance learning tracks.

1. Act as a dedicated scholarship coordinator matching eligible, underprivileged students with institutional grants, fee waivers, and easy installment options.

1. Take complete ownership of the onboarding lifecycle, including data management, document collection, and institutional enrollment verification.

1. Provide continuous emotional and professional mentorship to families, ensuring the student successfully stays on track to graduate.
