We are looking for motivated 12th-pass candidates and final-year college students to join us as Student Support & Educational Counselors. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with deserving students and help them discover affordable, flexible, and UGC-approved online degree programs from recognized universities so they can continue their education without financial stress.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reach out to students who aspire to continue their education but face financial difficulties.

1. Understand students' career goals and guide them toward suitable budget-friendly online undergraduate or postgraduate programs.

1. Explain fee structures, installment plans, and affordable pathways to higher education clearly and confidently.

1. Assist students throughout the digital admission process, including registration, document submission, and enrollment.

1. Maintain accurate records of daily student interactions and follow-ups using WhatsApp and spreadsheets.

1. Build trust-based relationships with students and provide continuous support until admissions are completed successfully.

1. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and hassle-free admission experience.

1. Follow up regularly with interested students to improve engagement and enrollment conversions.
