In this role, you will connect with students who wish to continue their education but are facing financial or career-related challenges. You will guide them toward suitable online degree programs, career opportunities, and affordable education options offered through EduBh.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Guide students about online degree programs and educational opportunities.
- Help students choose suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Maintain accurate student follow-up and communication records.
- Support the admissions team throughout the enrollment process.
- Answer student queries related to courses, fees, and admission procedures.
- Build positive relationships with students through regular communication and support.
- Encourage and motivate students to continue their education and career development.
