At EduBh, we believe that financial limitations should never prevent students from accessing quality higher education. Millions of capable students discontinue their education after the 12th standard or drop out because traditional college fees are unaffordable.

To address this challenge, we are launching a large-scale educational outreach initiative focused on connecting students with affordable, UGC-recognized online degree programs.

We are looking for motivated Outreach & Student Success Associates who are passionate about building a career in EdTech while creating meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Connect with 12th-pass students and final-year graduates from modest financial backgrounds to understand their career goals and aspirations.

1. Guide students toward affordable online and distance learning degree programs such as BBA, BCA, B.Com, and MBA from accredited universities.

1. Explain flexible fee structures, installment plans, scholarships, and financial assistance options to reduce financial concerns.

1. Support students throughout the digital admission journey, including documentation and final registration processes.

1. Coordinate with students through calls and WhatsApp to ensure timely communication and support.

1. Maintain regular follow-ups and provide personalized assistance until admissions are completed.

1. Build trust-based relationships with students and families through empathetic counseling and clear communication.

1. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application progress using internal systems or CRM tools.
