About the Role:The Student Success Coordinator will be the first point of contact for students aspiring to study abroad. The role focuses on lead engagement, student profiling, and pipeline coordination ensuring every serious enquiry is assessed, shortlisted, and seamlessly handed. This is a people-facing, process-driven role that sits at the core of our student acquisition engine. It demands strong communication, high responsiveness, and an organised mindset. What You Will Do:* Respond to inbound leads and initiate a structured profiling conversation via call or WhatsApp.* Conduct brief qualification to understand the student's destination intent, academic background, intake timeline, and financial readiness.* Shortlist suitable universities and programs based on the student's profile, and prepare a concise summary for the senior counselor ahead of the discovery call.* Schedule and confirm discovery call slots between qualified students and the senior counselor; manage reminders, reschedules, and no-shows.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, call outcomes, follow-ups, and pipeline status in the CRM (Zoho Bigin / Google Sheets).* Share a daily lead status update with the senior counselor and flag any trends, objections, or drop-off patterns.* Stay updated on admission cycles, visa policies, and program changes across UK, Ireland, France, and Australia.What You Will Need:Experience: 02 years in Study Abroad counseling, ed-tech, education sales, or a similar student-facing role.Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Communication preferred).Knowledge Nice-to-have: Working understanding of at least two of the following markets - UK, Ireland, Australia, France, Germany.Skills Required:* Strong verbal and written communication in English and Tamil (both essential; additional languages a bonus).* High responsiveness and ability to manage 1520 leads per day without compromising quality.* Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.* Organised, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small-team environment.What You Will Get:* Be part of a lean, purpose-driven team shaping international education journeys across multiple global markets.* Competitive fixed salary with a transparent, performance-linked incentive structure.* End-to-end exposure to the study abroad pipeline - admissions, documentation, visa, and scholarships.
