Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct WhatsApp chats with potential customers to promote our products and services

1. Build rapport with customers and provide information on product features and benefits

1. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities

1. Maintain a database of customer information and update records accurately

1. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and sales revenue

1. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals

1. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer issues or direct them to the appropriate department

1. Handle chat on the go, making them convert better

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 22,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:
